At Moveelle, we strive to provide you with an exceptional shopping experience. If something does not meet your expectations, please review our return and refund policy.

Return Period
You have up to 14 days after receiving your product to request a return.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
• The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear or damage. 
• All tags must be attached, and the product must be returned in its original packaging. 
• Products such as intimate apparel, personal accessories, or discounted items are not eligible for returns.

How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, send an email to info@moveelle.com with the subject line "Return Request".
Please include the following information:
• Order number 
• Product description 
• Reason for return
Our team will reply with further instructions within 48 business hours.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within up to 10 business days.
The original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the same return process and indicate the desired replacement item in your email.

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Products
• Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable. • We do not accept returns for items damaged due to improper use.
